Basco
The trail is now complete! Going north from Basco the trail is complete to Madison. Starting at Purcell Road, everything is blacktop.
Basco is located between Madison and Belleville. No parking lots, parks, or facilities available for bikers at present. Parking is available on the street if you wish to ride the from one of the northern most points of the Badger Trail. Basco is just off highway 69 on Henry Road. Most people relate Basco's location as east and south of Paoli off HWY 69. The trail is easy to find if you are having a friend meet you with a car on the trail. Main street intersects the trail on the east side. Pictured below is photograph of a photograph hanging in a local establishment of the old railroad depot in Basco. If you ride your bike east on Main Street just out of town, you can see the top half of this structure which is now a house.
This website recomends the Cameo Rose B&B which is located just outside of Basco.
